How To Use

  1. Use tweezers or fingers to pull bead from the strip and place on pressure point.
  2. Press down firmly to secure bead.
  3. Remove beads after 3-5 days (beads may fall off naturally, which is normal).

Recommendations

  • Apply beads to one side of the body at a time (left or right side).
  • Place bead as accurately as possible, however, placement does not need to be precise to be effective.
  • Throughout the day, press gently on beads for an extra boost.
  • If skin becomes irritated, remove bead.

    Sleep through the night.

    Really like this. It’s so simples. I leave them in for 3 days and then I switch sides because sometimes the points become a little irritated after more than 3 days. But 3 days in is perfect. And after a couple weeks I noticed I was sleeping through the night better and waking up less times, sometimes not even at all! WIN.

    The under pressure beads allowed me to feel comfort and cozy in the bed again. No more tossing and turning. Just ease and peace.

    The pamphlet shows different places to use the seeds. It does not say anything about sleep and insomnia. I emailed asking for information and they didn't respond. I have tried their chat and no response as well. I have emailed several times and still no customer service.
